Telesales Operative

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated individual to work on our busy retail trade counter and sales office. The right candidate will work with our existing sales team, maximize the sales opportunities and provide a high level of customer service.

The successful candidate will be given full training on our MAM computer system. You will learn to locate the correct item for the job and the price according to our unique pricing structure. Previous retail experience including cash and card handling with be advantageous as well as experience within the motor trade. Full training will be provided.

Duties include but not limited to :

Balancing your individual till.

Housekeeping within the counter/shop area

Stock replenishment

Greeting customers upon arrival

Problem solving/customer service

Booking goods through our mam computer system,

Cash and card transactions and balancing of your individual till morning and night.

Answering telephone calls to trade and retail customers.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day and Saturdays 8am until 4.30pm on rota basis paid as overtime.
